The Norwegian Directorate of Health needs to enter into a service contract with a tenderer who shall continue the programme "Matjungelen". The FoodJungel is a free national activity programme for nurseries and before-and-after-school care/AKS where children can explore, play and learn about food that is good for the body and the planet. The programme emphasises the joy of food, sustainability and good dietary habits and is developed on behalf of the Norwegian Directorate of Health. The content is available digitally: https://matjungelen.no.I the FoodJungel, an educational set-up and activity programme has been developed for children, as well as a tool for raising competence for employees in subjects such as food knowledge, food selection, taste and source sorting. The tenderer shall run the website with a professional system for raising competence and activity for children. All materials shall be digitally available. The tenderer shall also highlight the tender, recruit new participants and follow up nurseries and BEFORE-and-after-school care that have already been registered. The aim of the project is to establish a new service in the form of a digital eco-system that together provides a service for grant management that is modern, innovative and flexible. KS Digital intends to be able to build a composing service where individual components can be replaced as needed and would like to use standardised deliveries from the supplier market as far as possible. The service has been named "KS Tilskudd". The service will consist of six components, with two components 'Case handling system' and 'form system' being procured (this procurement) and included in the digital eco-system for the service 'KS Tilskudd'. In addition to four components that the project develops, the service will also reuse the existing infrastructure at KS Digital in combination with national joint components.
