The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of transport boxes for blood bags, in different size intervals, to the health companies in Norway and the Norwegian Armed Forces. The number of transport boxes that will be ordered per annum has not been determined, and the ordering volume can, therefore, vary throughout the contract period. Tenders are wanted for transport boxes in the following size intervals: Sub-contract 1: Small transport boxes For small transport boxes, we would like two size intervals for the health companies in Norway, and two size intervals for the Norwegian Armed Forces.Small transport boxes with volume capacity to (450ml) 3 - 4 full blood bags (for the health authorities). Small transport boxes with a volume capacity of (450ml) 7 - 8 whole blood bags (for the health authorities). Small transport boxes with a volume capacity of (450ml) 1 - 2 whole blood bags (for the Norwegian Armed Forces). The Department of Forensic Sciences at Oslo University Hospital shall procure reference substances and internal standards that are used in legal toxicology analyses of drugs and drugs. In 2025, the department received samples from approx. 35,000 cases. Routinely samples are examined for up to 110 substances, but the department's repertoire spans a large number of substances. The repertoire is changed and adapted to the use of drugs in the community - there is, therefore, a need for flexibility in the assortment and access to a large assortment. Certified references (CRM) or reference substances from manufacturers are preferably used accredited in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 17034. Based on the price level of the existing tenderers in 2024-2025, the estimated annual value is NOK 550,000,-. On behalf of Loppa municipality, tenderers are invited to a competition for improvements to the port conditions in Øksfjord. The General contract (NS 8406) includes the establishment of two new piers, the establishment of a new pumping station, a sewage pipeline and an access road. Dredging the seabed under Molo South is necessary to ensure sufficient geotechnical stability before completion. Dredging masses shall be reused as core masses in the piers and for filling ditches, while any surplus matter is delivered to an approved site. The work shall be carried out with environmental measures such as bubble curtain and turbidity monitoring. The existing sewage pipeline must have been moved and relaid with a new pumping station before sea work starts. The pier North shall be partially established before dredging starts to enable encapsulation of the dredging masses and reduce particle dispersion. The contract includes further filling work, width expansion and extension of Pier North, establishment of a turnaround, as well as concrete work on a new and existing pier. The concrete works are options and include casting breakwater covers, parapets and casting on existing constructions. The builder is free to order all or parts of the optioned concrete works. The execution shall be carried out in accordance with the engineering design documentation and the accompanying drawings. Furthermore, there are option posts for the demolition and re-establishment of approx. 200 metres of existing sewage pipeline on land. The Directorate of Fisheries would like to hire a vessel of minimum 50 metres long (LOA) for this expedition. The offered vessel ought to be rigged for effective search by using the vessel ́s deck arrangement for trawling. Selected areas along the coast and fishing banks will be prioritised. Usually these areas have been located on the stretch from Vestlandet to Finnmark, but parts of the Barents Sea can also be included. Viken Vest Procurement Cooperation (VVI), c/o Øvre Eiker municipality, shall enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of fixed maths zones for municipal buildings. The maths zones shall be located at entrances and other areas with high load, for example, in schools, nurseries, town halls, health buildings and sports buildings. The aim is to reduce the backlog of dirt, dust and moisture and thereby contribute to better cleaning, indoor climate and safety for employees and visitors. The framework agreement primarily comprises the maths zones themselves, but also the accompanying maths service such as site inspection, engineering design, delivery and assembly. The contracting authority has an option on blanket banks and on alternative forms of financing instead of purchase. The contract is for the operation and maintenance of National Road 13 on the stretch Skare-Voss. The operations contractor shall, on behalf of the contracting authority, carry out the tasks and routines that are necessary for the road network to function satisfactorily in the daily use of road users. The responsibility includes the necessary measures to maintain the function of the road infrastructure and the technical condition, as well as improvements due to loss or damage to roads or other infrastructure. The contractor shall also handle conditions and events that can lead to a risk of or affect road users or the road infrastructure, including vandalism, accidents, danger to nature and other natural events, and shall prevent or limit damage and inconvenience to the road installation ́s neighbouring properties and the otherwise surroundings of the road. The contract work also includes maintenance and improvement measures, which in the contract are termed as ordering work. On orders from the contracting authority, the operations contractor shall carry out such measures to develop the contract object. The measures can be ordered as needed, as described i.a. in chapters C1, C4 and D3. The contract work will be valid from 01.09.2027 to 31.08.2032, with an option for an extension for 1+1+1 year. The contract ́s estimated total value is NOK 800 million excluding VAT, including options. The contract ́s estimated total value includes the total value for ordering work, which the contracting authority estimates will be between NOK 200 million excluding VAT and a maximum of NOK 300 million excluding VAT. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the stated contract extent is only estimates and that the actual extent can vary from year to year based on activity level.
