Ringerike municipality needs strategic consultancy and a digital system that enables efficient assignment sharing and interaction between municipal services and external actors in the local community. The aim is to facilitate better utilisation of available resources through cooperation between the municipality, NGOs, NAV, job seekers and other relevant actors. The procurement is for consultancy services and implementation of the digital platform Nyby. The platform shall be used as a tool for coordinating and sharing tasks between municipal services and external collaboration partners.
