Norway – Boats – P1223 - Navigation training vessels - Pre-Qualification Phase

This procurement covers the design, construction and delivery of two identical training vessels, with an option for two additional vessels (1+1) , to the Norwegian Armed Forces. The vessels shall be used for education and training in military practical navigation, in order to ensure that the required competence of future navigators in the Royal Norwegian Navy is maintained and further developed. The training concept is based on a recurring cycle of theoretical instruction, simulator training and practical navigation. The main teaching platform is the navigation system, which must be as close to identical as possible in the simulator and on board the vessels. In this context, the training vessels serve as a platform for bringing the navigation system to sea. The vessels shall be modern, reliable and representative of current standards, with primary emphasis on safe navigation, energy-efficient operation and pedagogical suitability. The vessels shall be built in accordance with civil (DNV) class. They shall be serially built, with a high degree of standardised civil components and subsystems, in order to ensure effective competition and keep operating costs at a low level. Each vessel shall have a length of less than 24 metres, be capable of achieving a minimum speed of 18 knobs, and have a total installed engine power of less than 750 kW. The vessels shall be delivered fully equipped, including navigation systems and sensors, as well as the necessary support and documentation package for operation and maintenance. Norway – Business and management consultancy and related services – Competition for the procurement of external resources for the coordination project

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the delivery of external professional and methodic assistance for the Coordination Project in DFØ. The coordination project shall map and analyse coordination possibilities across DFØ ́s divisions and propose a prioritised list of relevant measures. The project will be carried out in three phases. Phase 2 (The current situation, June - November 2026) is the core delivery. The contract also includes an option for phase 3 (Vision and concepts, November 2026 - February 2027) and phase 4 (Gap-analyses and action plan, March-June 2027). The coordination project is a transverse project in DFØ that shall strengthen the co-ordination across the entity. The project is anchored in DFØ ́s business strategy 2025-2030 and the activity plan 2026, and the project ́s mandate has been decided in the management group. The aim is to increase DFØ ́s strategic scope of action by exploring and assessing how the entity is organised and how the resources are utilised across the divisions. Norway – Switchgear – 145 kV (132 kV) SF6 free gas insulated connection system to Øygarden connection station.

The procurement is for the complete delivery, installation and commissioning of 1 145 kV SF6-free gas insulated switching system (GIS) with 9 double switch lanes and a double compilation rail. to Øygarden connection station. The procurement is for BKK's bays, including Blomøy and Energiparken, as well as an option for future bays (Energiparken Nord, Energiparken Sør and 2nd "future"). Øygarden connection station is a joint station between BKK AS and Statnett SF. In accordance with the Builder Agreement between the parties (dated 03.05.2023), the BKK shall in addition establish 3 145 m2 transformer fields on behalf of Statnett, which is included as an option for the procurement. The ownership of these fields will be transferred to Statnett upon take over. The contract with the supplier will be signed by both BKK and Statnett, c.f. the Builder Agreement point 11.2.De technical requirements are in statnett ́s specificationS SDOK-41-34 (Special Specification) and SDOK-41-38 (General Specification), which are applicable for this procurement. Sykehusinnkjøp HF intends, on behalf of Oslo University Hospital, the Life Science Building, to enter into a contract with Norsk Labex AS, for the procurement of an automatic HIV analyser for the department for microbiology, Oslo University Hospital, the Life Science Building. Bio-Rad Geenius Reader, which includes Geenius Reader, Geenius MiniPC&SW, Geenius Software with APF and DataLogic HeronHD 3430 2D Barcode Reader, as well as a framework agreement for equipment dependent consumables and an option for a service agreement for the instrument. The system shall include an automated instrument for rapid diagnostics on supplementing HIV analysis for HIV 1 and HIV 2 (immune chromatographic method). The instrument must be able to scan sample identity/sample numbers and be CE-IVD marked. Furthermore, the instrument must have communication between the instrument and the laboratory information system (LIMS), for result transfer, preferably via ASTM or HL7. A market survey was carried out at the Prior Information Notice published 05.03.2026 with a reply deadline 13.03.2026. The contracting authority wanted input from relevant tenderers who believed they could deliver systems that responded to the sketched needs. The market survey did not reveal other tenderers of equivalent systems who could cover the needs of this procurement. Norway – Medical equipments, pharmaceuticals and personal care products – Endoscopy rack with flexible and rigid endoscopes for Helse Bergen HF

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a procurement contract for the purchase of four (4) complete endoscopy systems on trolleys (hereafter called endoscopy rack) for combined use for flexible and rigid endoscopes. The offered equipment shall be used for videolaryngoscopy including stroboscopy as well as bronchoscopy and øsofago/gastroscopy in adults and children in the ear-nose-throat department / Clinic head-throat at Helse Bergen HF. The agreement shall also include the procurement of 8 camera heads with light pipes (two per rack), as well as 12 videolaryngoscopes (eight for adults and four for children). Two (2) of these four (4) endoscopy systems shall have the possibility of performing stroboscopy in addition to videolaryngoscopy. The requested equipment is used for procedures for adults and children in throats, throats, conduits and oesophageal tubes (ventricle). The offered combined endoscopic platform shall be suitable and appropriate for described areas of use.
