Ringsaker municipality shall construct a new elevated water reservoir at Flåhagen by Nordåsvegen east of the centre of Brumunddal. The new reservoir shall replace the current reservior, which is of older date and has a bad technical condition. The Flåhagen elevated basin supplies the area in Brumunddal, which is lower than the kot 190 south of the River Brumunda. The Flåhagen elevated basin is to be supplied with pumps from Narud waterworks, while pumps at the new reservoir shall supply the further up to the Spikdalen elevated basin in the higher pressure zone. A new arrival shall be established from Nordåsvegen via Testament Road to a new basin, as well as new water pipelines from Mausetvegen to the reservoir and on to the existing Water and Sewage installations at Nordåsvegen. This development is the first stage of a development that also includes a new water supply to the Spikdalen elevated basin. Spikdalen elevated basin with a new water pipeline from Flåhagen elevated basin shall be developed in the next stage to ensure sufficient capacity for future residential areas. The contracting authority would also like to be able to use the contract for other places with playground equipment than the above, either by new ones being permanently included in the contract during the contract period or by individual assignments as needed. This procurement does not include the annual inspections of the playground equipment. The municipality has separate framework agreements for equipment inspections. Tenderers who check or inspect playground equipment for the contracting authority cannot be awarded a contract for maintenance of the same playground equipment during the contract period. The equivalent applies if the tenderer uses sub-suppliers who carry out inspection services for the Contracting Authority on the same playgrounds. Based on consumption in recent years, the estimated combined annual call-offs are approx. NOK 2 million excluding VAT. The annual amount will depend on financial framework terms, political decisions and the market situation in general.
