Råde municipality shall enter into a contract for the delivery of school camps for pupils in sixth years at the municipality ́s two primary schools. The School of Camp shall contribute to social and professional learning outcomes in accordance with the Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training ́s guidelines for school camps. The stay shall take place from Monday to Thursday. It is desirable that both schools are offered school stays at camps in the same week. School camps ought to be within a 2.5 hour journey path, calculated from Råde Town Hall. The location should also be at a certain distance to the municipality to ensure that children do not go home by themselves. School camps further away from a 2.5 hour period will not be rejected. Norway – Construction work – E24 Pumping stations and valve manholes 3 – The transfer plant (Kongshaugen treatment facility).
The contracting authority and the builder are Ålesund municipality and Sula municipality. Ålesund municipality is the contract party. Ålesund municipality and Sula municipality cooperate through the project "BLÅ – fjords for the future", to construct a new sewage treatment plant at Kongshaugen (Kvasnes) in Sula municipality. The aims in the project are as follows: - Cleaner fjord system - Legal system for sewage water - Sustainable solution for the futureThe new sewage treatment facility shall be built in rock and shall have sufficient treatment capacity to handle sewage water that shall be supplied from Sula municipality and Ålesund municipality. The facility is dimensioned for 69,000 person equivalents and it shall be designed as a secondary treatment facility. The new treatment facility shall replace seven existing treatment plants and some interceptors for sludge. The sewage water must therefore be pumped from the existing treatment plant to Kongshaugen via a comprehensive transfer system. The transfer facility will have approx. 34 km sewage pipelines and will contain 25 objects, including approx. 28 km submarine pipelines, 6 km pipelines over land, 3 valve houses/manholes and nine pump stations. The contract work for the construction of the transfer facility will be organised as nine parallel execution contracts. For a more detailed description of the other contracts see Part A - General part. The Builder shall now enter into contract with one contractor for the execution of contract E24 Pump stations and valve manholes 3, which is a part of the transfer facility to Kongshaugen reindeer treatment facility. There shall also be a basis for future assessments of the development based on the use of new methodology. The starting point is the premises thatallers are registered in the Nature Base and have not been examined since 2012.Within the nature type of breeding communities there are different designs, in this work it is the formulation "Ordinary breeds" that shall be examined. Locations within the value categories are very important and important shall be included in the surveys. In Naturbase approx. 270 locations are registered with normal breeding in these two value categories. Some meadows may be too small to be able to condition classification, or may have disappeared. Some locations can be excluded because the area is dismodeled. Previously mapped eel grass scaling survey fields and mapping and condition classification sets methodology monitoring and calculation of the breed index described in Guidelines 02:2018 (The Directorate Group Water Directive 2018). In addition the locality ́s distribution shall be registered and any changes in the size of the school grass locations shall be assessed.
