Norway – Training, workout or aerobic services – Yoga Instructor and Fitness Instructor

The contracting authority shall procure a yoga instructor and a fitness instructor for circular training, on behalf of the Joint Ministries. There is also a need for a booking system for group hours. The participants in the group hours consist of ministry employees of different age with different physical assumptions. The group hours must therefore be able to be adapted to different skills levels and different needs in a good way. It is anticipated that 4-5 hours a week will be required in the initial phase. As the ministries move into the building in different stages, the need for group hours will increase in line with the increase of employees. The estimated need will probably increase, with an option for up to 15 hours a week in the long term, but this will be based on demand and the number of participants in the hours. If both the instructor and extra instructor are to be used in the same session, this shall be seen as two hours by the weekly quota. Different skills levels among employees can lead to hours being divided up by different levels. In consultation with the service provider, it shall be possible to open up hours with a larger number of participants, which can lead to a need for an extra instructor to assist the hours. Extra hours can also be required elsewhere in the government quarter. The number of hours mentioned above is only an estimate and is not binding for the Contracting Authority. The estimated value of the procurement is from NOK 2,500,000 excluding VAT to NOK 5,500,000 excluding VAT. The estimate is dependent on demand and the number of hours a week and is not binding for the contracting authority. The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1 year + 1 year. See annex 1 of the contract for further details on the delivery. Guidelines for access to the New Government Block have not yet been finally adopted, and we therefore note that it may be necessary to authorise the offered resources in order to issue access cards. Norway – Recruitment services – Framework agreement for assistance with recruitment, etc. for management positions.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, HR and Development (hereafter called the Contracting Authority), would like to enter into a framework agreement for assistance in connection with recruitment of directors, department director and other central management positions. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is faced with tighter economic frameworks and increased requirements for prioritising, efficiency and restructuring, as a result of economic development, a more demanding security policy situation and demographic changes. The competition is for the provision of architect services, framework agreement. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT per annum. Maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 15,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. See the procurement documents for further information. ENVIRONMENT: This procurement is, in its nature, considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. the regulations §7-9, fifth paragraph. DFØ's environmental supervisor. Apprentices: The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. the Procurement Act § 7, and concluded that apprentices are not required in this procurement, as the contract ́s main element does not include work where it is relevant to use labour with vocational or craft certificates, cf. the apprentice regulations § 6 (3).
