Norway – Research and development services and related consultancy services – Working life privacy

In working conditions, employers will need to process personal information about their employees in a number of connections, including, among other things, in connection with normal personnel administration, such as payroll payments and follow-up of sick reports. If the employer implements control measures against their employees, it will also often involve the processing of personal data. Employers often put digital tools such as PCs and mobile telephones at their disposal, which are used both at work and privately. Increased use of digital work tools and KI at work/work gives both possibilities and challenges. This all raises privacy issues. In the 2024 national digitalisation strategy, one of the measures is that the government will "review and evaluate how privacy is safeguarded for workers." The Ministry of Labour and Inclusion is hereby highlighting a mapping of various problems connected to privacy in working life. The assignment will be valid from signing the contract until the final report was submitted 15 March 2027, with an upper financial limit of NOK 1,500,000 excluding VAT. See annex 1 of the contract for further details on the delivery. Oppdragsgiver: Arbeids- og inkluderingsdepartementet Type: can-standard Kilde: TED Europa (via DOFFIN)

Norway – Occupational clothing – Framework agreement for workwear, protective clothing and footwear.

Background and purpose Tjeldsund municipality would like to enter into a contract for the delivery of workwear/protective clothing and footwear. The different units in the municipality have different work assignments and thereby different needs and requirements for protective clothing and footwear. The entities in the municipality that will mainly use the framework agreement are: · Operation · School · Nursery · Institutions · Home Care Services · Fire Other entities can also use parts of this agreement. Fire clothing, uniforms, rescue equipment, smoke diver material etc. are not included in the contract. The municipality has a separate agreement with a laundry service for the washing and hire of work clothes for employees, primarily within health and welfare. The contracting authority plans to award the contract without having a dialogue with the tenderers beyond making any clarifications/corrections. Dialogue through negotiations can, however, be carried out if the contracting authority, after the tenders have been received, consider it appropriate. The selection will, in such cases, be made after an assessment of the award criteria. Emphasis is put on the fact that no tenderers can expect a dialogue on their tender and must, therefore, submit their best tender. Tenderers are strongly encouraged to follow the instructions given in this tender documentation with annexes and possibly ask questions about uncertainties by email to a gender neutral preferred. Norway – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – (2025-132) Project administrative assignments, framework agreement.

The competition is for the delivery of a framework agreement for project administrative assignments that cover the municipalities ́needs for project management, engineering design management, construction management, building management and programme reviews. Participants in the procurement: Eidsvoll, Gjerdrum, Hurdal, Nannestad, Nes and Ullensaker municipalities. The estimated value per annum and the maximum value for the entire contract period per group, including any options and the expected price rise are stated in point 1.1.4. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. See the procurement documents for further information. This procurement is considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. the Regulations §7-9, fifth paragraph. The justification for this is that the procurement is for consultancy services/consultancy services where the contracting authority has been cut off from affecting climate and environmental impact, as the requirements and criteria that are aimed at these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental supervisor. Apprentices: The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. the Procurement Act § 7, and concluded that apprentices are not required in this procurement, as the contract ́s main element does not include work where it is relevant to use labour with vocational or craft certificates, cf. the apprentice regulations § 6 (3).
