Norway – Document management services – Procurement of mail reception and scanning of documents for Nav's academic archive

The purpose of this acquisition is to ensure that Nav has a reliable and efficient scanning solution for the subject archive, which communicates with the underlying systems in Nav. The scanning solution will ensure that received documentation can be archived and made available for case processing as soon as possible. Scanning of subject mail is considered mission-critical because errors and delays will affect case processing and payments to users. Therefore, high demands are placed on production capacity, daily deliveries, efficiency, security and quality in the solution. Currently, approximately 1.3 million documents are scanned annually. We expect this number to be reduced in the coming years. Nav has ongoing measures that we expect will reduce scanned documents in subject areas that currently still have a high volume of scanning. These are subject areas that currently do not have digital channels for collaborators, e.g. in the field of assistive devices and follow-up. In the field of assistive devices, around 430,000 documents are currently scanned, while in the follow-up area just under a million documents are scanned. When digital channels are opened here in the coming years, we expect that scanning can be reduced by up to 500,000 documents in a short time in these two areas alone. The actors here are professional and digitally mature. The agreement will have a duration of 6 years from signing. The client has the option to extend the agreement for an additional 1 + 1 year. Norway – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – Mapping and controlting foreign plant species

The main aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract with a tenderer who has the capacity and competence to continue the municipality's systematic control of some of the most problematic foreign plant species (giant bear biscuits/tromsøpalme, giant whiskers and russesvalerot) within most of Oslo city and parts of Oslomarka. The aim of the measures is that the number of occurrences and the amount of these plant species shall be reduced. It is also an important purpose to combat some locations of other foreign plant species with high and very high ecological risk, which poses a major threat to the municipality's biological diversity (cf. the Action Plan for Biological Diversity). Of these, large ciber species are prioritised (park liquer, giant lick and cross) and giant sprinkler seed bodies along waterways. The contract could also be used for controlling other individual instances of foreign plants or several foreign plant species within individual areas or stretches (e.g. within protected areas, along defined stretches of road etc.). The contract is a single procurement with a duration of two years, with options that can be taken up for 1+1 year. Norway – Telemetry equipment – Telemetry equipment

The Buyer wishes to enter into parallel Framework Agreements with suppliers. NORCE LFI, The Laboratory of Freshwater Ecology and Inland Fisheries (the Buyer), intends to procure acoustic transmitters and additional acoustic receivers for research-based tracking of fish in aquatic environments. The equipment will be used in both freshwater and marine systems, encompassing a wide range of environmental conditions, including temperatures from below freezing to approximately 30 °C, and at depths exceeding 500 m. The technology will be applied to a various range of fish species—from small salmonids to large predatory species (e.g., sharks)—representing a broad spectrum of life-history strategies and behavioural patterns. Deployments will take place across varied geographic regions, ranging from temperate coastal waters in the Skagerrak to Arctic and sub-Arctic environments. The equipment must therefore be robust, reliable, and suitable for long-term scientific monitoring under demanding field conditions. Further specifications are given in Appendix 1 – Requirements. The Buyer intends to enter into parallel Framework Agreements with up to 3 tenderers/suppliers, provided that enough suitable tenders are received. The duration of the Framework Agreement is two (2) years following the date of the last signature hereto, with an option to extend for 1+1 additional years. The Buyer will be automatically extended on unchanged terms unless the Buyer provides written notice of non-renewal before the expiry of the current contract. The maximum total contract duration is four years. The Framework Agreement has an estimated value of NOK 2,500,000 - excl. VAT and a maximum value of NOK 6,000,000 - excl. VAT. These are non-binding estimates to be the best of the Buyer's discretion. Buyer emphasises that this is just an estimate, and the total value may be both lower or higher than the estimated amount.
