The contracting authority invites tenderers to an open tender contest for secondary treatment and phosphor removal Høvringen treatment facility (HØRA). Høvringen treatment facility is one of Trondheim municipality ́s two major sewage treatment plants, and cleanses the sewage for 2/3 of the town population. The treatment plant has been operated in accordance with requirements for expanded primary purification, but in 2024 received a new discharge permit which requires secondary purification as well as a 40% reduction of phosphor. The Norwegian Sea Technology Centre includes both Sintef's research activities and the teaching and research activities of NTNU within marine engineering. The centre shall be one of the world's most advanced facilities for research and education and it will be the new national knowledge centre for ocean space technology. With a world-leading research and teaching infrastructure on the possibilities in ocean space, the centre shall secure value creation for Norway through competitive ocean space industries and contribute to the green transformation. The project ́s cost limit is NOK 10.2 billion (price level in July 2023). The project is one of the largest construction projects that Statsbygg has carried out in Trondheim. The aim of the procurement is to enter into contracts that cover Stavanger municipality and Sandnes kommune's need for annual maintenance of gas installations with flammable gas in categories 1 and 2, as well as materials, equipment and installations that are necessary for the work. The procurement also includes engineering design services for, installation of new installations, disassembly of existing installations, purification of system water, changes and repairs, as well as final inspections and three-year systematic condition inspections of the gas installations. Sagatunet was erected in 1985 and currently houses a health centre, adult education, home care services and two doctor offices for Vestre Toten municipality in Innlandet county. The building is located in the centre of Raufoss, close to, among other things, several business buildings, taxi centre and Raufoss station. In order to cover the future needs, it has been decided to renovate parts of the existing building and expand the capacity with an extension. The extension will be established on parts of the existing parking area, together with a new parking lid on the "direction" of the new building. Bryn school needs more capacity and the school has a need for renovation. The capacity shall be increased from a 2.5 parallel school to a 3 parallel school. In addition there is a reception class and a special department within autism spectrum with 9 pupils. The current sports building and new construction shall be demolished. A new building is planned (the new building) and a new gymnasium, total approx. 7,000 m2 gross. The three listed buildings, the Main Building and the two villas, shall be renovated, total approx. 3,600 m2. The works also include various new infrastructure in the ground, a new transformer station as well as outdoor work including a noise reduction screen. The current school site is 11,811 m2. At Bekkelaget treatment plant we have a total of 28 sand filters and we would like a framework agreement for replacing these. 2 sand filters shall be replaced annually.
