The contracting authority invites tenderers to an open tender contest for secondary treatment and phosphor removal Høvringen treatment facility (HØRA). Høvringen treatment facility is one of Trondheim municipality ́s two major sewage treatment plants, and cleanses the sewage for 2/3 of the town population. The treatment plant has been operated in accordance with requirements for expanded primary purification, but in 2024 received a new discharge permit which requires secondary purification as well as a 40% reduction of phosphor.
