Norway – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Analysis, research and consultancy services within ICT for health companies in Helse Sør-Øst

Helse Sør-Øst shall enter into a framework agreement with one or several tenderers who can assist with strategic consultancy and flexible access to updated, independent and relevant knowledge on developments in the ICT area, including analyses, methods, tools, industry experts, benchmarking, conferences, as well as business adapted services. The services shall be made available via a portal/database. The procurement is divided into three sub-contracts (insert). Tenderers can choose to apply for participation in sub-contract 1 and/or 2, as well as sub-contract 3. Participation can only be applied for for sub-contract 3. Sub-contract 1. International Insights - Includes consultancy, analyses and insight based on international best practice, as well as access to expert competence. Tenderers shall have documented their inernational presence and data basis, covering markets outside of the Nordic countries. International insight means analyses, research, experiences, market data and expert competence that covers countries and markets outside the Nordic countries, and which gives the customer insight into international trends, technology development, the supplier market and best practice.
