The competition is for a contract for the delivery of laundry services - washing and hire of work wear and linens etc., washing of resident clothing. The contract shall ensure that the Contracting Authority has a good and secure delivery of such products and services in the contract period. The assignment includes: Hire and laundry of Institution textiles including repairs and bringing and collection of the textiles - for 5 entities. Hire and laundry of personnel clothing including repairs and bringing and collecting the textiles - for 5 entities. Laundry of resident textiles including repairs and collecting and collecting the textiles - for 3 nursing homes The delivery shall be of very good condition and quality. The orderers will mainly be all 5 entities within health and care, including nursing homes. All other municipal entities with a need for laundry services shall have the same terms. The products listed in the price form are the most commonly used products. The contracting authority reserves the right to trade other equivalent products on the same terms if it is appropriate. Start from 05.04.2026 – 05.04.2028 with an option for a four year renewal (one year + one year + one year + one year). It is the contracting authority ́s unilateral right to trigger the options. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a procurement scheme with suppliers for expert services from doctors, dentist specialists, dentists and specialised nurses. NPE is an administrative body under the Ministry of Health and Care Services (HOD). NPE handles compensation claims from patients who believe themselves inflicted harm in the health service. Read more about NPE at www.npe.no.The service as an expert gives the possibility of working in an exciting professional environment at the intersection of medicine and law, and provides insight into interesting professional problems in patient safety. The work will mainly consist of reviewing and assessing whether treatment and/or review has been in line with good medical practice and any standards or guidelines. In addition, the extent of damage can be assessed when complied with in cases. In order to participate in the procurement scheme, tenderers must apply for qualification within the relevant speciality/sub-area. All applications will be processed and all tenderers who fulfil the qualification requirements will be included in the scheme. Only when NPE shall procure the service within a sub-area, NPE requests tenders from the qualified tenderers through mini competitions. The contracts that are signed after the mini-competitions will be in process and can be terminated by both parties. New suppliers can apply to be included in the scheme throughout the lifetime of the procurement scheme. All new qualified tenderers are invited to participate in the further mini competitions under the procurement scheme. Norway – Occupational clothing – Framework agreement - Workwear for employees in the unit for education.
The contracting authority needs to procure a framework agreement for the procurement and delivery of work wear with a logo for the unit for education, more specifically employees in the municipality ́s nurseries, before-and-after-school care and 1st years. Tenderers shall offer a wide range of workwear for women and men in accordance with the contracting authority ́s needs in the contract period. It is important that the workwear is suitable for women and men, from small to very large sizes. For employees in the 1st year and in before-and-after-school care will be relevant with outerwear, whilst the employees in the nursery will be able to wear both outerwear and inside clothes. Further information on the procurement is in 'Annex 2 - Requirement Specification' and 'Annex 3 - Price Form'. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to leave the agreement if the tenderer does not have available goods that naturally come under workwear that the Contracting Authority needs. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to expand the units within education that come under the contract. The contracting authority is uncertain about the extent of the procurement, but estimates that the annual contract value will be approx. This gives an estimated total contract value for the entire contract period, including options, of NOK 13,000,000 excluding VAT. Subject to changes in volume as a result of changed financial framework conditions, organisational changes and municipal activity. NTNU needs a framework agreement for washing work wear. We have a campus in Trondheim, Ålesund and Gjøvik as well as the HUNT Research Centre in Levanger. NTNU has its own laundry, but does not have enough capacity in relation to the need. The nursing education at campus Ålesund is separated as a separate part for a reserved contract. Clothes to be washed are i.a. mainly lab coats, kits and work clothes for use in workshops, and some sheets, bedding, mats, cloths etc. There is also a need for some hire of clothes. The competition is for the delivery of electricity to cover the network loss and the obligation to deliver with balance sheets. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 71,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. This procurement is considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. the Regulations § 7-9, fifth paragraph. The justification for this is that the procurement, besides the procurement of electricity, concerns the procurement of consultancy services/consultancy services where the contracting authority has been cut off from affecting climate and environmental impact, as the requirements and criteria targeting these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ ́s environment supervisor. The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. the Procurement Act § 7, and concluded that there is no requirement for apprentices in this procurement, as the contract ́s main element does not include work where it is relevant to use labour with vocational certificates, cf. the apprentice regulations § 6 (3).
