Further details will be given in point 1.3 in the tender documentation. FIK is a joint purchasing office for Vestby municipality, Frogn municipality, Ås municipality and Nesodden municipality. The scheme is initially limited to 09.08.2032, unless the contracting authority sees it as appropriate to terminate the scheme before this point in time.
