The system shall be used against, among other things, municipal management assignments and services, as well as communication of data. The delivery shall include all software (software as a service), including necessary licences. Installation, consultancy services, training, support, natural development, operation and maintenance that are necessary to fulfil the procurement ́s purpose, are also included in the delivery.
