The objective of the joint framework agreement is to cover Oslo municipality ́s need for ICT consultancy services in cases where Oslo municipality, due to resource or professional reasons, cannot cover the need for competence of permanent personnel. All entities in Oslo municipality will be able to use this agreement. The framework agreement is divided into five different sub-contracts. The Parallel framework agreements will be signed with three to eight tenderers, for further details see 2.1 of the tender documentation.
