Hadsel municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement of winter maintenance services for selected areas. Winter maintenance is in this connection considered to be snow clearing/planing, clearing and gritting. A contract will be signed for each individual lot. It is for one tenderer possible to submit a price offer on one or several routes. Tenderers who have submitted tender offers on several routes can in principle win tender offers on one area and lose to others. If a tenderer submits tender offers on several routes, a prioritisation between the routes must be presented in the tender offer.
