The framework agreement will include large and minor assignments, within the operation, maintenance and development of the buildings. The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement with three (3) tenderers. Provisions on call-offs under this agreement can occur either in accordance with the list of rank schemes or after the execution of mini competition.
