Note! Equivalent competitions have been announced for the area Elverum kommune/Terningmoen (R01906). If a tenderer submits a tender for both sub areas, Fulfilment of the qualification criteria for the sub-areas will be evaluated in the following order: R01906 Machine contractor including winter maintenance Elverum kommune - sub-area 1R01930 Machine contractor including winter maintenance Jørstadmoen – sub-area 2 In order to be able to award contracts for both sub-area 1 and sub-area 2, sufficient resources must be had to fulfil the qualification requirements in both areas. This means that if a tenderer is awarded sub-area 1 and does not have sufficient financial solidity and resources to fulfil the qualification requirements in both areas, the tenderer will not be qualified for participation in sub-area 2. One other example is if the tenderer wants to submit tenders for both lots 1 and 2, then the same professional resources can be done. Out of the order provision, this is because if the contract is awarded to sub-area 1, then you will not be qualified to participate in sub-area 2 with these same resources. If a tenderer does not win lot 1, the offered resources will be used to participate in sub-area 2.
