Hå municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for access control systems, security systems, keys, locks, fittings and door automation. The contract is divided into three sub-contracts: Sub-contract 1: Access control systems and security systemsDelkontrakt 2: Door automation contract 3: Keys, locks and fittingsThis tender documentation applies to sub-contract 1, which includes the delivery of access control systems and other accompanying security systems. Tenders can be submitted for one or several sub-contracts. If any of the sub-contracts does not receive tenders, the contracting authority reserves the right to engage in dialogue with the winners of the other sub-contracts in order to cover the outstanding need. The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with tenderers who can cover the municipality ́s needs in an environmentally friendly and appropriate manner in the contract period.
