PURPOSE AND SCOPE The Agency for Education is responsible for the design, execution and return of municipal tests, Oslo tests, in different disciplines/skills at a selection stage in primary and secondary schools. As a part of the work on design, quality assurance, implementation and return of results from the Oslo tests, the Agency for Education wants to enter into an agreement with a professional environment who will be responsible for the subject area "reading as basic skills" from the school year 2026/2027 until the end of the school year 2028/2029 with an option for up to two years. The chosen professional environment will be responsible for designing and executing existing tests in its current form, the coming school year 2026/2027. The Following years the Agency for Education wants to further develop existing tests in cooperation with the chosen tenderer in accordance with national guidelines in the field so that the test design will benefit the Oslo School ́s need for innovation and orientation with the users of centrally given tests. The insights in NOU23 on quality shall also form the experience documentation. The chosen professional environment shall be responsible for designing, analysing and following up the tests in accordance with the Education Agency ́s needs and the requirements below in the contract period. NTNU shall enter into a joint contract for inspections of fire alarm systems, and inspections and maintenance of extinguishing installations, for NTNU ́s buildings in Trondheim. Maintenance means repairs, replacements and improvements of deviations (errors and shortcomings) on the extinguishing installations in order for them to function as intended. Maintenance is limited to troubleshooting, repairing and replacing components for systems where this is described in this agreement. The contract includes the following: · Fire alarm installations - This is where clean annual inspections of the installations are carried out. · Extinguishing system - Inspection and service agreement with the necessary maintenance. The planned start-up for the new agreement is in the medio August. This year's checks of fire alarm systems are carried out in the first half of 2026, so that in 2026 checks remain of extinguishing installations and extinguishing centres, which shall be carried out in autumn 2026. The maintenance of the fire alarm systems is included in NTNU ́s framework agreements for electrical services, so that this maintenance work is not included in the framework agreement. The aim of the procurement is to ensure NTNU, c/o the National Centre for Science Recruitment (NSR) access to relevant competence and capacity within strategic and operative communication assistance, including consultancy, content production, campaigns and further development of digital communication areas. Communication assistance is the framework agreement's main service and is expected to represent most of the activities included in the contract. As a part of the communication work, the Contracting Authority uses its own websites and digital systems as central communication areas. In order for the communication assistance to be delivered efficiently and predictable, it is necessary that these systems are stable, secure and available over time. Agder county has decided to change the bridge solution for county road 3804 Ose bridge from 3 spans to 2 spans reinforced concrete bridge as a result of further engineering design services and interaction in the early phase of the project. The change provides a more feasible solution by allowing work in the river to be carried out in one contiguous operation, reducing river bottom intervention and providing improved conditions for the environment and SHA. The removal of one pillar group in the river reduces the ice load exposure. Brua's function, capacity, dimensions and choice of materials are otherwise unchanged.
