The police need to procure two trained young dogs for patrol dogs. The test of dogs will be carried out at Kongsvinger Police University College during week 18/2026. The dog must be ready for delivery by the end of May 2026. OPTION: The contracting authority could procure a further trained patrol dog in this competition. The deadline for triggering the option is 31 May 2026. Patrol dogs have education in search of people in different environments and search for objects it smells of people of. Furthermore, the patrol dogs are approved as a means of power and can be used in the apprehension of persons in different types of environments. There are some dogs with additional competence in the form of drug searches, weapons searches, lavine searches (winter education), USAR and criminal searches within the patrol dog category. The patrol dogs shall be socially stable, have good prey and must be environmentally strong. The current breeds are mainly based on Schæfer and Malinois, as well as blends of them. The Norwegian Environment Agency wants to follow-up previous findings of car tyres with this notice. In the screening program 2022 we found high concentrations, which exceeded the accompanying PNEC values, were measured in all samples associated with tyres. Gundersen, C. B., et al. (2023). Screening Programme 2022. New environmental pollutants (Client: Norwegian Environment Agency, Publication No. M-2612|2023). The Norwegian Institute for Water Research (NIVA). We will go on to examine other car tyres related substances in this notice. The substances have been selected by the Norwegian Environment Agency's screening group on the basis of external and internal input for the screening programme 2026. The substances were prioritised on the basis of our use for results, previous investigations in the environment, physical chemical qualities (including QSAR modelling) and the substances ́ amounts of use. Tenderers shall include as many analyses, individual substances and sample types as possible within the financial framework of the project.
