Norway – Furniture – Framework agreement for the purchase of institution furniture

Randaberg municipality, Sola municipality and Sandnes municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invite tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for institution furniture for the contract period 2026 – 2028 (2030). The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase, delivery and assembly of institution furniture, as well as consultancy services for furnishing proposals. Tenderers shall have sufficient breadth and depth in their assortment to cover the Contracting Authority's need for new high quality institution furniture for ongoing call-offs and major and minor furnishing projects in the contract period. The expected start-up for the framework agreement is autumn 2026 for Sola and Sandnes municipalities. Randaberg municipality has the start of its agreement 01.05.2027. The framework agreements will be valid for 2 years, with an option for the contracting authority to extend for a further 1+1 years for Sola and Sandnes municipalities. Randaberg municipality has a duration equivalent to the final start-up date for Sola and Sandnes + 2 years (autumn 2028), with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 year. The combined contract value for the framework agreement (four years) is estimated to be approx. NOK 8.8 million excluding VAT. Procurement of Winter services for kulturetaten Oslo kommune Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Culture, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for winter services. Oslo municipality is one of Norway's largest employers with approx. 50,000 employees and an annual budget of approx. The Agency for Culture is Oslo municipality ́s Agency for Art and Culture. We facilitate a varied and diverse cultural offer in Oslo. We facilitate the culture ́s area needs and administer the rent of studios and premises, grants and grants for art and cultural initiatives, holiday camps, voluntary children and youth organisations and voluntary music life. Our event office guides Oslo's organisers and is a link between the organiser field and the municipality ́s entities. In addition we manage Oslo municipality ́s art collection and art scheme. The agency also includes Oslo city archive, Oslo Cultural Night, Oslo Cultural School, Oslo Ladegård, Rommen scene, Voldsløkka scene, Vigelandmuseet, kunst i Vigelandsparken, and Øvingshotellet. The Agency for Culture manages several cultural properties where there is a need for good access to the buildings in the winter. In addition there will be the water surface in Middelalderparken. Snow clearing in case of snowfall above 5 cm, gritting, salting as needed and subsequent spring cleaning (removal of sand, garbage etc. after winter). If a tenderer finds that the tender documentation does not provide sufficient guidance, additional information can be requested in writing. If an error is discovered in the tender documentation, it is requested that this is communicated in writing. Norway – Laboratory, optical and precision equipments (excl. glasses) – Laboratory automation for Sykehuset Østfold HF

The procurement includes an automation system with connected analysis instruments combined in a fully automatic system, including middleware, conveyor belt, pre-analytical functions (replacement of the current automation system at Kalnes), as well as free-standing instruments at the locations in Askim, Fredrikstad, Moss, Sarpsborg and Halden in order to ensure method equality and connection to a joint middleware system. The current analyses shall be maintained and the automation system shall have the capacity to ensure an annual increase of 4% from the analysis volume in 2025. The automation system shall cover the disciplines of clinical chemistry (including lowering and ionised calcium), immune chemistry, haematology, coagulation, infection serology, HbA1c and allergy and auto-immunity. It ought to have a high degree of flexibility both as regards the physical system and middleware, and it should easily include new analysis instruments, modules and tests (analyses) that can be relevant in the coming years. Later expansion with other disciplines than those mentioned above can be relevant. The automation system shall see to the receipt and distribution of samples for other parts and disciplines in the Centre for Laboratory Medicine. The aim of the procurement is to see to the Hospital Østfold ́s level of activity and the need for development over the next 10 years, and the solution shall contribute to realising the Centre for Laboratory Medicine ́s basic idea that everything that can be automated shall be automated and everything that can be connected to an automation system shall be connected independently of the discipline.
