Helse Nord intends to enter into a framework agreement with Vygon Norway AS for nutritional probes and a medicine system with accessories for newborn children. The Contracting Authority (Sykehusinnkjøp HF) has carried out a market survey titled "Market Information: Nutrition Probes for Premature and Terminus Children", where the purpose was to identify possible alternative suppliers. The survey resulted in feedback from two tenderers who stated that they can deliver products that are initially comparable with the Contracting Authority ́s needs. Tenderers do not, however, have a complete assortment that covers the total need for the Customer. This can lead to an increased risk of improper use, with potential consequences for patient safety. The contracting authority deems this risk unacceptable. Based on the completed market survey and the assessment of patient safety and functional needs, the Contracting Authority has concluded that the alternative tenderers will not be able to cover the Contracting Authority's total need. Østfold University College needs to strengthen its capacity within advanced calculations, data analysis and artificial intelligence. This involves the need for a high-performance server platform with significant processing power, memory capacity and GPU acceleration. The planned procured system is a specialised server configured with, among other things, high-performance CPUs, large memory capacity and NVIDIA H200 GPUs, optimised for heavy computing tasks and machine learning work. The system also includes the necessary storage, network and support agreement. The system must also be compatible with the existing server park and be included as an integrated part of the current infrastructure. We intend to enter into a contract for a server platform for CPU intensive workloads, AI training and GPU accelerated calculations. The system must support Intel Xeon 6 processors with high 128 P-core capacity as well as NVIDIA H200 GPUs. The objective of the procurement is to ensure sufficient capacity for research and development activities, as well as facilitate for further development and use of advanced analysis and IC methods in the entity. The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) hereby invites suppliers to pre qualification for the procurement of lightweight all terrain vehicles for military use in both winter and summer conditions, including snowmobiles and 6x6 ATVs. The procurement will be conducted as a negotiated procedure with prior pre qualification of candidates. A non exclusive framework agreement will be awarded to a single supplier, with an initial term of three years and an option for an additional four years, for a total potential duration of seven years. The estimated contract value is NOK 385 million, with an overall ceiling of NOK 710 million. The agreement covers the complete scope of supply and is not divided into lots. The procedure is organised as a two stage process, where this pre qualification constitutes stage 1. Only suppliers that meet the pre qualification requirements will be granted access to the tender stage (stage 2).
