The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of temporary staff services to nurseries, before-and-after-school care and schools. See point 1.1.1 for a description of the participants in the procurement. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 750,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. ENVIRONMENT: This procurement is considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. the Regulations § 7-9, fifth paragraph. The justification for this is that the procurement concerns the procurement of services where the contracting authority has been cut off from affecting the climate and environmental impact, as the requirements and criteria targeting these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. Oppdraget omfatter salg av totalt fem eiendommer (gnr./bnr. 14/484, 14/519, 14/143, 14/146 og 14/289) beliggende på Høvik i Bærum kommune. Kjøpesummen fra salgene inngår som en del av finansieringen av prosjektet E18 Vestkorridoren. Eiendommene inngår i vedtatt planprogram for prosjektet. Oppdraget omfatter levering av meglertjenester knyttet til planlegging, gjennomføring og avslutning av salgsprosessen. Leverandøren skal ha et helhetlig ansvar for salget, fra innledende markedsvurdering til signert kjøpekontrakt og gjennomført oppgjør. Norway – Construction, foundation and surface works for highways, roads – 1-BYM-2025 Operation and maintenance of the road network in the Area Oslo North.

Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment (henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority) invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations for the procurement of a contract for the operation and maintenance of the road network in the area north of Oslo. The contracting authority is responsible for the municipal road network, including the normed county road network. The contracting authority is responsible for following up the requirements for noise and air pollution from roads given in the regulations of the Pollution Act. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority is responsible for long-term transport planning, traffic and street use plans, traffic safety and plans for accessibility measures for public transport as well as management and operation of municipal urban areas in Oslo. The urban space includes common areas such as roads and streets, squares and meeting places, parks and public recreation areas. The area of responsibility also includes municipal sports facilities and outdoor facilities, as well as municipal landscape rooms in the fields and inner Oslofjord. An important part of the management responsibility is connected to the procurement of services in the operation and maintenance of the road network in order to ensure good conditions for all road user groups. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the execution of operation and maintenance of roads to safeguard traffic safety and the infrastructure of previous investments and maintain the standard of the road network. The procurement shall ensure the provision of services and activities that are necessary out on the road network in order for traffic to arrive in a safe and efficient way. There is a continual need for operation and maintenance of roads, pavements, foot and cycle paths and foot paths within the entire municipality of Oslo. This procurement shall cover operation and maintenance in the area north of Oslo. The contract work includes, among other things, emptying sand traps, patching asphalt holes, cleaning and sweeping, snow clearing, removal of snow, gritting, emptying waste at stops, as well as cutting grass in central discounts. Minor maintenance work, such as replacing edge stones, repairing damaged or worn speed bumps and replacing damaged drains are a part of the contract work. Minor investment measures can also be included in the contract work. The works can, for example, be crossing tensioning, establishing new speed bumps, pruning along the pavement, upgrading/asphalting/maintaining stretches with footpaths and cycle paths. These work will, in such cases, be carried out as calculation works. The contract is not exclusive in regard to calculation works. For a more detailed description of the contract work and scope, see Annex 1 "Description of the Contract Work" and all annexes to the description. The stated estimated value is the average estimated annual contract value and it is based on historical figures from previous contracts. The actual extent of the assignments will vary. Subject to budget decisions and grants, as well as organisational changes. The amounts can be changed as regards budget adjustments during the contract period and changes to the contract work can occur during the contract period. The procurement shall contribute to making Oslo an active, green, safe and beautiful city for inhabitants and visitors. The negotiated procedure consists of two stages. The first step means that all interested suppliers can send a request to participate in the competition. The stated tender deadline on the time line is the estimated date. Norway – Construction work – Albertatunet K2 -Sealed house, fixed fixtures including technical disciplines and outside work.

Kinn municipality would like to enter into a contract with a contractor for dense building and fitting works, including technical disciplines, as well as outdoor work for the planned welfare building, Albertatunet. In addition reconstruction of roads including electro and W&S works around Albertatunet shall also be carried out in this contract. Albertatunet is a planned welfare building in the centre of Florø, which shall contain 100 institution sites, a new base for the home care services, emergency doctor surgery, day activity shelter as well as training/rehabilitation premises and cafè. There will be a workplace for a total of 150-200 employees, and the building shall be designed in accordance with husbanken ́s requirements for institution sites and day activities. The construction project shall be carried out in two subsequent execution contracts K1 and K2, as well as K3 and K4 that transport contracts according to the following division: - K1: Ground works, water and sewage works, frameworks including foundations (ongoing) - K2: Sealed houses and fixtures (fixed), technical disciplines and outdoor work + road works. - K3: Back-up power supply (shall be transported to K2) - K4: Lifts (shall be transported to K2) Mobile fixtures and equipment are divided into several procurements in later phases.
