Norway – Insurance services – Group Health Insurance for diplomats stationed in Europe and mobile personnel worldwide.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) shall procure health insurance for posted employees and their accompanying family members to the EU/EEA countries Belgium, the United Kingdom, Finland, France, Ireland, Croatia, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. Mobile personnel are also covered. The insurance shall provide financial coverage for necessary expenses for healthcare services in the event of illness, injury, disability, family planning, pregnancy, childbirth, and termination of pregnancy, corresponding to the benefits provided under Act of 28 February 1997 No. 19 relating to the National Insurance Scheme (the National Insurance Act), Part IV Chapter 5: Benefits for healthcare services. As of 3rd of December 2025, 131 posted employees, 172 family members, and 10 mobile personnel are enrolled. The number of insured persons may vary over time. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs intends to enter into a contract with one service provider. The length of the contract shall be 1 year with an option to prolong the contract with 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 years (a total of six years). The annual value of the procurement is estimated to a range between NOK 4 000 000 excl. VAT and NOK 7 000 000 excl. VAT. Norway – Medical equipments – Framework agreement for the procurement and hire, as well as service and maintenance, of electro-medical and medical technical equipment.

The contract shall cover Haugesund municipality ́s need for purchase and hire, as well as service and maintenance, of electro-medical and medical technical equipment. The contract is for: The procurement of electro-medical equipment and technical medicine equipment (e.g. blood pressure apparatuses, ECG apparatuses, top-up apparatuses, person lifts, ceiling lifts etc.).Procurement of accessories and consumables for newly procured equipment and to the existing equipment park Purchase and assembly of roof lifts Maintenance of electro-medical equipment Maintenance of technical medical equipment such as; beds, passenger lifts, person lifts etc. Annual service and maintenance of medical technical equipment and electro-medical equipment in accordance with the current directives. Hire of equipment when needed for all medical equipmentThere shall be a framework agreement with one tenderer. The duration of the framework agreement is two years. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the framework agreement for a further one year at a time, up to two times. Norway – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – 26171 Planning of safety measures in Øystesevassdraget

The competition is for the delivery of a preliminary project where the aim is to determine what security measures are necessary and clearer and the cost estimate of the measures, which shall be detailed engineering design services and execution for lots 1 and 2. In addition a preliminary project for a new bridge in Busdalen (Sjusetevegen bridge) shall be required, which shall clear and cost estimate the detailed engineering design services and execution. It is also set up to start with a condition assessment of existing flaum protection along the river to the sea. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 2,500,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. This procurement is considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. the Public Procurement Act § 5b third paragraph. The justification for this is that the procurement concerns consultancy services where the contracting authority is unable to influence climate and environmental impact, as the requirements and criteria that are directed against these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental supervisor. Apprentices: The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. the Procurement Act § 5h, and concluded that apprentices are not required in this procurement, as the main elements of the contract do not include work where it is relevant to use labour with vocational certificates, cf. the Procurement Act § 5h 2nd section letter c.
