The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with an advertising agency for digital recruitment campaigns for the The Norwegian Train Driver Academy. The general aim of the campaign is fourfold, in order of priority: 1) Get more qualified applicants for the study 1 March each year. 2) Get more qualified applicants from selected geographical areas. 3) Get more qualified female applicants. 4) Strengthen the Lokførerskolens brand and position in the industry. The procurement ́s estimated value over the entire contract period, including options, is estimated to NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT. The maximum value of the framework agreement is set at NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT.
