The requested legal services will function as support to Norsk Tipping's own lawyers (three). The need is within the following legal areas, which can vary throughout the contract period: •EU/EEA law •The right to participate in the tender contest. •The right to state aid Public administration (including the interface public administration and business activities). •ICT law, privacy, intellectual property law (including the interface between these legal areas) Public procurements •Labour law (individual and collective) •Company Law •Consumer Law •Media law and marketing. •The right to launder •Contract 1 Within each legal area, the work will be in guidance and assessment/notes, quality assurance, negotiations and negotiations of contracts, ongoing quality assurance before contracts are signed, representation towards the company's business relationships, follow-up of contracts, dispute resolution and assignments as a process clerk on behalf of the company.
