The agreement shall primarily cover needs within commercial positions, finances, accounts, HR/personnel, ICT, archive, reception, legal services, technical operations as well as other administrative assignments. The agreement shall not hinder The contracting authority ́s own placement of temporary staffing or use of work placements in cooperation. with, or with support from, NAV.
