Norway – Water transport services – The procurement of ferry services Mobility Sea 2029 Group 1 - Qualification phase.

Duration: The contract will apply from when the contract is signed (date of signing) up to and including the date that is offered in the final winning tender offer, cf. Procedure rules point 3.5.2. Operational start of scheduled transport: 01.01.2030 Option for one year for the Contracting Authority: The contracting authority has a unilateral option to extend the contract for up to one (1) year. Option for the C-ferry, c.f. Procedure rules point 3.6: The contracting authority shall have a unilateral option for the inauguration of the C-ferry in the Assignment. Tenders for this sub-contract must therefore include a solution with an A-ferry and B-ferry where C-ferry is taken up as a pure option that the Contracting Authority can unilaterally trigger. Option for an improved response time, cf. Procedure rules point 3.7: If the Contracting Authority does not use the option for C-ferry in point 3.6 in procedure rules, the Contracting Authority has a unilateral option for a reduced response time for inauguration of Reserve vessels in the Assignment for Route 880 Flakk - Rørvik, cf. the response time requirement in the contract stated in Annex 1 Assignment Description point 3.1.1.
