Norway – News-agency services – Framework agreement media monitoring

Oslo municipality shall enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of media monitoring. The procurement will be carried out on behalf of cooperating entities in addition to Oslo municipality. The framework agreement shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for media monitoring, including capturing general media reviews, reactions, opinions and ideas from communities, government agencies and various interest groups, as well as specific and current news stories in national, regional, local, trade and social media. Furthermore, the aim is that the municipality ́s entities, through the procurement of analyses, shall get an overview of the development and tendencies in the media and facilitate the communication work thereafter.
