The boarding authority shall be established on a separate site where Solør Sixth Form College is currently located. The project mainly comprises the establishment of a boarding authority with 50 cabins with associated areas, as well as outdoor work, including, among other things, driving and walking areas, moving and re-establishing the football pitch. The building is planned to be constructed in 2 floors with 2 wings. The area that binds the wings together is administrative/common areas. The building shall be designed in such a way that it is adaptable and that, over time, other uses can be adapted and they can increase or reduce the area in the horizontal direction (addition). The new buildings are approx. 1,450 m2 GFA. The project will be executed as a turnkey contract in one construction stage. Politiets fellestjenester (PFT), hereafter called the contracting authority, shall enter into a framework agreement for employee surveys. Based on previous years' procurements, the contracting authority, without obligations, estimates a total likely extent of approx. NOK 3 million excluding VAT during the contract period, including options. Due to unforeseen events or major changes in the contracting authority ́s needs, there may be a greater need for the products than the probable estimate. In this procurement, vehicles with biogas based operations shall be procured. This gives a better effect on climate and the environment than using fuel technology as the award criteria, as there is a risk that suppliers would otherwise deliver fuel technology with major emissions.
