The purpose of this procurement is to meet the ministries’ need for the rental of press platforms (press decks), as well as the provision of associated equipment and services. Associated equipment refers to technical equipment, including solutions for lighting, image, and sound related to press stands. Associated services refer to project management, rigging, and technical staffing during planning and execution. The events may include various types of occasions, for example high-level state visits. Such events are characterized by the fact that the date and scope are often not known well in advance. Activation of assignments may therefore occur at short notice, and in some cases, initial delivery may be required within just a few hours after the order is placed. The events are often carried out under a high level of security. The objective of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a single total supplier with the capacity and expertise to meet the overall need. The framework agreement has a duration of 2 + 1 + 1 years. The maximum value of the framework agreement is set at NOK 20 million, excluding VAT. The agreement is not exclusive.
