The dynamic purchasing system (DIO) shall be used for the procurement of consultancy and consultancy services within, among other things, area planning, administration and management, engineering design, development, control and preparation of competition documents. Very extensive and complex assignments, or assignments that require specialised expertise, will not be announced in this scheme.
