Norway – Occupational clothing – Framework agreement for workwear, protective clothing and footwear.

Background and purpose Tjeldsund municipality would like to enter into a contract for the delivery of workwear/protective clothing and footwear. The different units in the municipality have different work assignments and thereby different needs and requirements for protective clothing and footwear. The entities in the municipality that will mainly use the framework agreement are: · Operation · School · Nursery · Institutions · Home Care Services · Fire Other entities can also use parts of this agreement. Fire clothing, uniforms, rescue equipment, smoke diver material etc. are not included in the contract. The municipality has a separate agreement with a laundry service for the washing and hire of work clothes for employees, primarily within health and welfare. The contracting authority plans to award the contract without having a dialogue with the tenderers beyond making any clarifications/corrections. Dialogue through negotiations can, however, be carried out if the contracting authority, after the tenders have been received, consider it appropriate. The selection will, in such cases, be made after an assessment of the award criteria. Emphasis is put on the fact that no tenderers can expect a dialogue on their tender and must, therefore, submit their best tender. Tenderers are strongly encouraged to follow the instructions given in this tender documentation with annexes and possibly ask questions about uncertainties by email to a gender neutral preferred. Norway – Business services: law, marketing, consulting, recruitment, printing and security – (26006) Interpretation services, framework agreement.

The competition is for a framework agreement for the provision of interpretation services. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 30,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. See the procurement documents for further information. This procurement is considered to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. the Regulations § 7-9, fifth paragraph. The justification for this is that the procurement is for consultancy services/consultancy services where the contracting authority has been cut off from affecting climate and environmental impact, as the requirements and criteria that are aimed at these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental supervisor. Apprentices: The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. the Procurement Act § 7 and concluded that apprentices are not required in this procurement, as the contract ́s main element does not include work where it is relevant to use labour with vocational or craft certificates, cf. the apprentice regulations § 6 (3).
