Norway – Agricultural, farming, fishing, forestry and related products – Procurement of 2 puppies for patrol dogs/combi dogs - Police

The police need two puppies. One for the patrol dog and one for the combi dog (search/patrol). It is desirable that the puppies come from lines with great hunting and fighting, as well as great search excruciation. We would like to have immediate delivery, at the latest in May 2026. Tenders with delivery at the desired time frame will be weighted positively, other delivery times are not disqualifying. The probationary period requirement only applies to individuals with age 3 - 6 months. Patrol dogs have education in search of people in different environments and search for objects it smells of people of. Furthermore, the patrol dogs are approved as a means of power and can be used in the apprehension of persons in different types of environments. There are some dogs with additional competence in the form of drug searches, weapons searches, lavine searches (winter education), USAR and criminal searches within the patrol dog category. The patrol dogs shall be socially stable, have good prey and must be environmentally strong. The current breeds are mainly based on Schæfer and Malinois, as well as blends of them. Search dogs have education in responding and highlighting the different types of odour pictures in different environments. In the search dogs category, dogs are trained to search for, for example, but not limited to drugs, flammable fluids, explosives, blood, semen, currency, weapons, buried corpses and corpses. The dogs must be able to work in different types of environments such as, among other things, inside, outside, height, darkness, movable surfaces and dark surfaces and dark surfaces. The search dog shall tolerate the mental stress this can cause. The breed currently used for combi search dogs/patrol dogs is mainly based on Malinois. The final approval and sufficient financing are subject to signing of the contract before the contract is signed. Norway – Other community, social and personal services – KK - Framework agreement carpentry services

Kristiansund municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with three tenderers for joinery services. The contract shall cover both renovation of existing buildings and minor new buildings, and cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing needs. The estimated contract value is NOK 15,000,000 excluding VAT per annum, with an upper limit of NOK 20,000,000 excluding VAT per annum, depending on the municipality ́s grants. The contracting authority is not obliged to procure services for this sum. A detailed description of the delivery is in 02 (requirement specifications). The contract period is 2 years, with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 years, so that the total length can be up to four years. The option will be automatically taken up unless the contracting authority gives written notification at least two months before the option period starts. In the event of call-offs, assignments will first be offered to the tenderer who has the best relationship between quality, price and environment, based on the award criteria. The tenderer has 24 hours to confirm the assignment. If the assignment is not confirmed, or the tenderer cannot carry out the work, the assignment is offered to the next tenderer on the list. The tenderer who has submitted the most advantageous tender will be responsible for all security guard preparedness. The contracting authority can also choose to hold mini-competitions between the three chosen tenderers. The agreement includes buildings in Kristiansund municipality, including schools, nurseries, sports buildings, residential buildings, technical buildings and administration and office buildings. All the buildings are in use and the work shall be carried out in a way that as far as possible disrupts the daily operation. The contracting authority assumes that rigging areas are not established, as the work is considered so small that one carries with them what the equipment needs at all times. Norway – Repair and maintenance services – Plumbing services, framework agreement

The competition is for the provision of plumbing services within heating installations, sanitary installations and sprinkler installations with material. The municipality owns, operates, maintains and manages approx. 155,000 m2 buildings (buildings for education, education, health, managing housing, stores and cultural buildings, municipal engineering etc.). Tenderers shall provide materials for all assignments that are to be carried out by the tenderer, unless the contracting authority requires otherwise. The framework agreement shall mainly cover the municipality ́s need for plumbing services for ongoing operations and maintenance work in the contract period. The estimated value per annum and the maximum value for the entire contract period per group, including any options and the expected price rise are stated in point 1.1.4. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. Norway – Construction work – 8 residences with a personnel base, partnering contract

The competition is for the construction of a residence with 8 apartments with a personnel base. The project is planned to be carried out as a turnkey contract with interaction in phase 1 and with a fixed price in phase 2, the execution phase. The area of the site is 3,390 m2 and the total area of the dwelling is estimated to be approx. 1400 m2 gross, divided between two floors. Requirements for Husbanken shall be fulfilled. A feasibility study has been carried out for the project, without a completed reworked/engineered system. The final solution, area and qualities shall be worked on until it is partnered. As of d.d., an investment framework large enough for the project has not been decided. A total of NOK 56.9 million has been put aside for the entire project in the municipality's investment plan. The feasibility study has stated a cost of approx. The interaction phase must be used to optimise the project in order to calculate a new price that must be calculated through an investment decision in order to proceed with the execution. Work must be done to get significantly under what the feasibility study shows. The stated volumes are an estimate and are not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition if there is a justifiable reason, for example, in the event of a lack of approval and investment decision from political quarters. This cancellation reservation also applies during the interaction period. Norway – Electrical services – Framework agreement Electro

The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for trade services within electrician services, as well as give the contracting authority access to a professionally good and financially sensible service. The framework agreement shall cover fixed inspections of electrical installations, emergency lights and fire alarm systems. The procurement is divided into sub-contracts that are listed below. Sub-contracts 1 - 3 are divided in accordance with buildings. Sub-contract 4 applies for electrician services that are not included in sub-contracts 1 - 3. Which buildings are included in sub-contracts 1 - 3 can be seen under point 4.11, as well as annex 1. A site inspection has been set up for selected buildings that are included in sub-contracts 1 and 2. See the date and time of the site inspection in point 4.3. The size of the assignments within the above mentioned discipline can vary in extent. The work assignments can be for a short or long time. There can be individual assignments or several connected assignments. There will, however, also be the delivery of some material, as in many cases it will be appropriate that the tenderer has the material necessary for the execution of the assignment in question. Although the procurement comprises some material, emphasis is put on the fact that this contract does not give any exclusiveness on the delivery of such material, and that the Contracting Authority is not otherwise obliged to procure materials from the service provider. The contracting authority reserves the right not to use the framework agreement supplier for major work on construction projects and/or special assignments if the contract supplier is unable to meet the contracting authority ́s needs. As major work, individual assignments with a cost framework will be seen as NOK 100,000 excluding VAT and in the case where the total assignment includes several sub-contracts. Evje and Hornnes municipalities reserve the right to use special competence on some deliveries if this has clear advantages. The contracting authority ́s self-management work will take precedence over external suppliers.
